Theresa Kane has provided consulting services to the not-for-profit sector, including industry and professional associations, charities, service delivery organizations and government, for over 25 years.
Theresa Kane, President, brings a business background and a thorough understanding of not-for-profit structures and processes to Piper and Company’s consulting work.
Theresa Kane conducts organizational reviews, creates and evaluates strategic plans, facilitates workshops, carries out qualitative research and incorporates the results of that research in new organizational goals. Theresa is a graduate of the University of Guelph in Consumer Behaviour and the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, where she earned her MBA. Both York University and Ryerson University have invited her to join their faculties to teach undergraduate courses. Her teaching specialties include marketing and strategic planning.

A graduate of the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Commerce, Justin possesses a keen understanding of client needs and market dynamics. His ability to read people and assess candidates allows him to provide tailored solutions and guide clients through the search process with warmth and professionalism.
